Capture one listing per checklist. Include the original product URL, the suspected listing URL, seller details and the date you checked. Keep screenshots with the checklist so that another reviewer can understand what you observed.
Separate observations from conclusions
Describe the specific details that look similar, such as an identical photograph or a distinctive arrangement of artwork. Record differences too. Check permissions and existing partnerships before treating a result as an unauthorised use.
Keep a useful record
